Refund policy

Please read the following information in full to be informed of our current return policy. We sincerely appreciate your business.

Return Policy:

At the moment, we only accept RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT. You will have SEVEN (7) DAYS after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Please include your order # in the subject line of the email.
• Items MUST be returned in their original package, unworn/unused and with original tags.
• Merchandise must be returned within FIVE (5) days of approval.
• Fancy Little Party is not responsible for return postage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded. Sender to cover shipping costs to return any approved items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit within 24-48 hours of confirmed receipt and inspection of the item(s). Store credit will be awarded for only the cost of the item/merchandise; shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and will not be refunded. Store credit does not expire. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Clearance and Sale/Promotional item(s) or purchased using a promo code are final sale
